PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely guide light to the light guide destination even when natural light is made incident from any direction by radially and closely providing a light guiding member, which has an almost needle-shaped section on the longitudinal cross section, while having a light guiding space. SOLUTION: A light guiding member 1 has the almost needle-shaped section on the longitudinal cross section at least, forms a lengthwise central part a little thick and is formed smoothly thin from a little thick central side toward both the end faces. Further, the surface of the light guiding member 1 is formed into optical reflection plane so as to mutually reflect and guide light in a light guiding space 2. The light made incident from the direction of light A or B is mutually reflected in the light guiding space 2 between adjacent light guiding members 1 and guided to the top end face of a glass fiber. Even when the light is made incident from any direction, it can be mutually reflected in the light guiding space 2 between the adjacent light guiding members 1 and guided. Besides, the light made incident into the light guiding member 1 is reflected inside the light guiding member 1 and guided to the top end face of the glass fiber.
