STEAM COOLING BURNER AND FUEL HEATING SYSTEM RELATED WITH TRANSITION

PURPOSE: A fuel heating system is provided to efficiently deliver the energy to the fuel from the vapor used for cooling a gas turbine burner and a transition. CONSTITUTION: The complex cycle power generating system having a stream cooling burner/transition is composed of:an upper cycle consisting of a gas turbine engine(110); a lower cycle consisting of a heat recovery stream generator(HRSG, 50) and a steam turbine(60); a fuel-feeding device(25) providing the energy source to a complex cycle power generating system(100); and the gas turbine(110) accepting the power from the fuel of the fuel-feeding device(25) when starting.
