AUTO-STEREOSCOPIC IMAGING DEVICE AND SYSTEM HAVING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An auto-stereoscopic imaging device is provided to reduce a size of a lens array by easily miniaturizing the imaging device to an endoscope and to achieve easy fabrication and control thereof. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a plurality of cylindrical lenticles for generating an auto-stereoscopic image having N pieces of viewpoints and having a long axis in parallel with a first direction vertical to a wide axis of the device and at least one cylindrical lens having a long axis vertical to the first direction and the wide axis. The lens array has N pieces of cylindrical lenticles and shares a common focus plane with a cylindrical optical assembly.
