摘要 PURPOSE: A transition metal compound useful for an olefin polymerization catalyst and the method for preparing polyolefin by using the olefin polymerization catalyst is provided which has a high reaction speed of monomer and produce a high molecular weight of olefin polymer. CONSTITUTION: A transition compound(I); an olefin polymerization catalyst containing the transition metal compound; the olefin polymerization catalyst manufactured by the method containing contact of a transition compound(I), and one or more organic aluminum compounds selected from an organic aluminum compound of E¬1aAlZ3-a, ring type aluminoxic acid of (Al(E¬2)-O-)b and linear aluminoxic acid of E¬3(-Al(E¬3)-O-)cAlE¬32 and/or a boron compound of BQ¬1Q¬2Q¬3, G¬+(BQ¬1Q¬2Q¬3Q¬4)¬- and (L-H)¬+(BQ¬1Q¬2Q¬3Q¬4)¬-; and the preparation method of polyolefin polymer by using the olefin polymerization catalyst are described. In formula M¬1 is a transition metal atom of IV group of periodic chart, A is a transition metal atom of XVI group of periodic chart, J is a transition metal atom of XIV group of periodic chart, Cp is a cyclopentadiene type anion group, X1,R1,R2,R3,R4,R5 and R6 are H, halogen, alkyl, aryloxy, or amino group, X2 is an atom of XVI group of periodic chart, E1,E2 and E3 are a hydrocarbon group, Z is H or halogen, 0<a≤3 , b is above 2, c is above 1, B is a trivalent boron atom, Q¬1-Q¬4 is halogen. alkoxy group or substituted amino group, G¬+ is a cation, L is a Lewis base, (L-H)¬+ is broensted acid.
