PURPOSE: A heat radiation apparatus is provided to heat radiation heating by steam without using a pressure container and to reduce the operation cost and the early investment cost. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises:an atmospheric steam generation piece(1) to generate the atmospheric steam; a heat radiation device(3) to radiate heat according to the passage of the atmospheric steam; and a reheating device(2) to generate superheated steam;:Herein, the atmospheric superheated steam is supplied to a heat radiation device, and the steam passing through the heat radiation device is circulated toward the supply(2) of the atmospheric steam.
