PURPOSE: A noble metal composition is provided, which is suitable for preparing transfer and forms a decoration having high quality, a gloss and enhanced resistance to wash, capable of calcining without cracking on substrates such as glass and ceramic. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprising noble metal compound, a binder system and the like, is characterized in that the binder system is resinous mixture consisting of one or more polyamide resin, one or more sulfurized recent resin, one or more resin-modified resin, one or more alkyl phenol resin, another resin except non-plastic resol, which are added to the composition in a certain amount, respectively, or the binder consists of reaction productions by reacting resinous mixture at 50-150°C and/or reacting resinous mixture which optionally contains noble metal compound in the presence of sulfur-containing gelling agent at 50-150°C.
