PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily prepare respective light emitting colors of a display of multiple emitted colors with good balance by forming org. EL elements by each of respective kinds as one group and connecting circuits for controlling and/or driving the org. EL elements by each of the respective groups. SOLUTION: The org. EL elements by each of the respective kinds of the assemblage of >=2 kinds of the org. EL elements varying in the main wavelengths of the light released outside are formed as one group and the circuits for controlling and/or driving the org. EL elements by each of the respective groups are connected thereto. A main control means 111 of such device acts to impart the display data to be displayed to the org. EL element groups 116R, G, B, to assign the display data stored in a display data memory means 113 on to impart the timing and control data necessary for display. Scanning electrode driving means 114R, G, B drive the scanning electrodes and data electrodes of the respective org. EL element groups 116R, G, B by the driving signal from the display control means 112. |
