PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting diode array in which a concave reflecting face can be protected surely, in which a desired circuit pattern can be formed on a substrate, and in which a soldering operation can be performed with good efficiency. SOLUTION: A light emitting diode array arranges on a substrate 10 a plurality of light emitting diodes 10 comprising a light emitting element 11, lead parts 12 which supply electric power to the light emitting element 11, a concave reflecting face 15 which is formed so as to face the light emitting face of the light emitting element 11, and a radiant face 16 by which light reflected by the concave reflecting face 15 is radiated to the outside. In the light emitting diode array, a recessed part 32 is formed in a position which is the surface of the substrate 30 and which corresponds to the concave reflecting face 15. The recessed part 32 is formed in such a way that the bottom part of the concave reflecting face 15 inserted into the recessed part 32 has a size and a depth which prevent the bottom part from coming into contact with the recessed part 32. |
