<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic toner containing a crosslinked polyester resin of stable physical properties. SOLUTION: An electrophotographic toner contains as a binding resin a crosslinked polyester resin obtained by adding a phosphoric material having one or more aromatic groups, e.g. (mono-, di-, tri-)phenylphosphoric acid, phosphorous acid (mono-, di-, tri-)phenyl, orthophosphoric acid (mono-, di-, tri-)phenyl, tris(nonyl phenyl)phosphite, etc., to raw materials, and reacting alcohol with organic acids.</p> |
