PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid laser oscillator high in oscillation efficiency. SOLUTION: A concave face 18 sinking toward the upstream side in the direction of emission of light L1 is made a little to the center of the end in axial direction of a solid laser medium 3, and a plane 19 orthogonal to the axis of the solid laser medium 3 is made at the peripheral section of the end in axial direction of the solid laser medium 3 surrounding the concave face 18. The light L1 which is emitted from the peripheral part of the end in axial direction of the solid laser medium 3 is entered into the peripheral section of the end in axial direction of adjacent other laser solid laser medium 3 without widening in the direction of emission, when the change of refractive index is not occurring in the solid laser medium 3, by the plane 19 made at the applicable peripheral section, whereby the laser oscillation efficiency is raised.
