PURPOSE: The composition of growth hormone releasing compound is important because of its growth hormone releasing efficacy and bio-usability of the growth hormone. Therefore the purpose of the invention is to provide new compound having improved growth hormone releasing property than known compounds. CONSTITUTION: The invention relates to new compound, composition containing it, and its use for treating diseases caused by the lack of growth hormone. The invention provides compound which acts directly to pituitary cells to releasing growth hormone from the pituitary cells under general condition in vitro. The growth hormone releasing compound is used as unique means to study how the secretion of growth hormone is regulated to the level of pituitary in vitro. Also the growth hormone releasing compound of the invention can be administered into the organisms to increase the release of the growth hormone. Therefore the invention relates to compound of formula (I) and its pharmaceutically allowable salt.
