<p>The helmet has a detachable inner eye shield (3) connected to its shell by rigid coupling hooks (10) attached to the shield, and apertures (11) to receive them in the cheek bone areas of the shell. The helmet also has articulated joints (12) for a tilting visor (13) which can be retained in place on the helmet when the inner eye screen is removed. The eye screen has a recess (15) for a respirator half-mask, which is connected to the hooks (10) by face straps (17), and a flexible element, e.g. in the form of a bellows, which allows the half-mask to be lifted in relation to the eye shield.</p> |
