PURPOSE: A winder is provided not to damage the fiber of a fiber mattress and a binder while being compressed. CONSTITUTION: The winder includes a belt(3, 4) installed on the circumference of a roll to be formed; a plate for keeping the mattress(1) in a compressed state; a device(9, 11) for compressing the mattress with a translation exercise; a device(13) for keeping the mattress in a compressed state as the roll is wound; a compressing device(11) moved and displaced downward. Herein, the device for keeping the mattress in a compressed state is partially overlapped and is a plate consisted of two parts performing a sliding-exercise each other.
