PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily match the resonance mode of ferrite and the mode of a dielectric line with each other and to obtain excellent irreversibility without weakening magnetic field coupling with the ferrite owing to a decrease in the dielectric constant at the periphery of the ferrite by arranging substance which has a lower dielectric constant than a dielectric strip between the flank of the ferrite at the center part and a conductor plate close thereto. SOLUTION: A groove 22 of the conductor plate 2 is as wide as dielectric stripes 3a to 2c and at the center part of the conductor plate 2, a space part 12 is formed between the side wall of the groove 22 and the flank of the ferrite plate 7. Thus, the gap between the ferrite plate 7 and conductor plate 2 can be held wide without increasing the widths of the dielectric strips 3a to 3c at the periphery of the ferrite plate 7. Consequently, the resonance mode of the ferrite plate 7 and the mode of the conductor plate line can easily be matched with each other. Then the radio device such as a small-sized millimeter wave radar which uses a dielectric line can easily be constituted. |
