摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress increase in the cost of assembly and the cost of material, and to minimize the area other than a light receiving part by a method wherein a collecting electrode is formed above both light receiving surface of the photovoltaic cell and the transparent insulating film adhered to the light receiving surface, and the insulating film and the collecting electrode are used as the conducting member of the other photovoltaic cell. SOLUTION: A photovolatic cell 101 contains a substrate, an amorphous semiconductor which performs a photovoltaic function, and a transparent conductive film to be used as an electrode layer. After an insulating member 204 is adhered on the transparent conductive film 203 which functions as an electrode layer, a conductive foil sheet 103 is fixed using a bonding agent 205. Subsequently, a collecting electrode 104 is formed continuously in the width of 200 μm and in the thickness of 12 μm, and the transparent conductive film 203 and a conductive foil sheet 103 are electrically connected. As above- mentioned, the collecting electrode 104 collects the power generated by a semiconductor layer 202 from a certain place on the surface of the photovoltatic cell through the transparent conductive film 203, and power is conveyed to the conductive foil sheet 103.
