PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently produce a solar battery by a method wherein the carried head common unit is replaced with a plus unit, and an (N+1) common unit is replaced with a minus unit. SOLUTION: When the common unit 104 carried to the part 12 and the plus unit 102 placed on the part 10 are replaced, a state 21 slides to move the plus unit 102 stacked on the part 10 to the part immediately under a hand 10. Then, the common unit 104, which is carried to the place 12 by a hand 17, is attracted and the plus unit 102 placed on the place 10 by a hand 16, is attracted simultaneously. Then, a robot 14 moves in the plus direction of a Y-axis, the common unit 104 is stacked on the tray of a place 13, the plus unit 102 is fed to the place 13 simultaneously, and the units are replaced. Then, the common unit 104 placed on the place 12 and the minus unit 106, placed on the place 11, are replaced by performing the same step. |
