PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a medium space by coupling a first track position information part provided by a first burst and a second track position information part provided by a second burst. SOLUTION: Data is stored within the sectors 1401 to 1403 of the radial concentric tracks located crossing any one head among disk heads H0 to H3 of a disk pack. Each sector 140 provides a preamble field 150 having automatic gain control information and synchronized existing serve information, an address mark 152 indicating the starting part of sector 140, a servo sequence number field 156 for identifying the sector sequence position number of the sector 140 identified in many continuous sectors, a servo multiplex data field 158 providing the upper bit information in regard to the position information of a predetermined cylinder of the sector 140 and a lower bit information regarding the position information of the sector 140.
