PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fire alarm equipment capable of issuing a fire alarm during construction process by inputting information indicating that it is the midst of construction or information indicating the end of the construction to a fire receiver in constructing a part of plural fire alarm areas in a building or the like installing the fire alarm equipment. SOLUTION: In the fire equipment, the fire receiver RE is provided with an in-construction setting part for setting up the installion place of one of fire sensors SEI to SEN is in construction and a fire alarm means for referring to the in-construction setting part in the case of executing a fire alarm based on signals received from respective sensors SEI to SEN and executing a fire alarm for construction when the fire sensor sending a signal is the one set up in an in-construction state.
