PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop cooling/heating operation in good conditions, while preventing occurrence of unfunctioning phenomenon of refrigerant. SOLUTION: A cooling/heating device has an arrangement wherein a compressor, a four-way valve, an outdoor heat exchanger, a decompressor and an indoor heat exchanger are successively arranged in a loop-shaped refrigerant piping, and a floor cooling/heating unit 28 is arranged in parallel with the indoor heat exchanger. The floor cooling/heating unit 28 comprises a floor structure 31 and a floor cooling/heating heat exchanger 27A which is arranged in the floor structure and which refrigerant in the refrigerant piping flows through. The device is constituted such that the air which has been subjected to heat exchange in the floor cooling/heating heat exchanger can be circulated in the floor structure. |
