PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of actuators for controlling liquid pressure without complexing a piping system. SOLUTION: A control liquid pressure generating part CV generates a control liquid pressure Pc by adding a given valueΔP in accordance with regenerative braking force to the liquid pressure of a master cylinder Pm. This control liquid pressure Pc is supplied to liquid pressure controlling valves FCV and RCV as a control pressure. Provided with a valve (valve disc and valve seat) inside, the liquid pressure controlling valves FCV and RCV close the valves to control the liquid pressure, and open them to make the input side communicate with the output side.
