PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize equipment adopting an illuminated touch switch of this kind by making it possible to inform the result of depression in advance by use of, e.g. voice, and preventing troubles even if a plurality of functions are integrated. SOLUTION: This switch 1 is provided with a light receiving element 5 for detecting, prior to the actuation of a switch element 3, the approach of a finger for operating a key top 2, so that the intention to operate the switch 1 can be detected in advance from the output of the light receiving element 5. The result of depression can also be informed in advance. Thus, troubles can be prevented even if the switch is used for many purposes. |
