PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera constituted so that plural EL(electroluminescence) elements can be selectively driven by simple and compact constitution. SOLUTION: This camera is provided with an LCD(liquid crystal display part) having a first and a second areas, the first electroluminescence 19 illuminating the first area of the LCD, the second electroluminescence 28 illuminating the second area of the LCD and an EL driving circuit 20 driving the electroluminescence 19 and 28 through plural driving signal lines respectively connected to the electroluminescence 19 and 28. Then, the optional driving signal line out of the plural driving signal lines connected to the first electroluminescence 19 is connected to the second electroluminescence 28 so as to be used as the common driving signal line of the electroluminescence 19 and 28.
