PURPOSE: A bearing unit including an outer race element made up of plastic material molded with the outer race of the bearing is provided to increase the rotating speed. CONSTITUTION: The bearing unit used for a belt tension device comprises:an outer race(13) suitable to be molded with the plastic material to form the outer wheel element(11) for the rotation of itself with the bearing outer race(13); a groove(14) fixed on the surface(12) of the outer cylinder of the outer race(13) to form an eccentricity with a rotary bearing shaft(x) and to produce a compensation part(19) to prevent the relative rotation between the outer wheel element(11) and the bearing outer race(13) by plastic material.
