PURPOSE: 2-(1H-indol-2-yl)-5£(2H-pyrrol-2-ylidene)methyl|-1H-pyrrole phosphorous compounds of formula (I) or their pharmaceutically allowable salts are immune regulators and useful for treating adult-T-cell leukemia-lymphoma. CONSTITUTION: The invention relates to indolyl-pyrrolidene methyl pyrrole derivatives, their uses as therapeutic agents, producing methods thereof and pharmaceutical compositions containing them. The invention includes all possible isomers, stereoisomers and optical isomers and their mixtures and metabolites and metabolic precursors or bioprecursors of compounds of formula (I).
