PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix an upper case to a lower case without impairing the waterproofness by providing a cap which elastically deforms so that its upper surface can be flush with the surface of another case, when the upper case and the lower case are fixed. SOLUTION: A screw part 5c of a cap 5 is inserted into a screw hole 2c of an upper case through a screw inserting hole opened in a recessed part of a upper case 3. Then, the cap 5 is rotated and clamped with a tool or the like which is fitted in a groove 5b in the upper face of the cap 5. At this time, a waterproof packing 4 is compressed between the upper surface of a flange 2b, and the lower surface of the upper case 3 and a waterproofing functionality is obtained. As a result, the concave cap 5 which had reassued sphere shape is elastically deformed into a flat shape, and the upper surface of the upper case 3 is substantially flush with the upper surface of the cap 5. At this time, the restoring force of the cap 5 continuously affects the screw part 5c, and the cap 5 will not loose during the use.
