PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent monitoring device from being disabled to receive one part of signals by making monitored devices send signals showing their operation conditions to the monitoring device at mutually different time. SOLUTION: A monitoring device 1 has a table part 12a showing the relation between devices 2-1 to 2-n to be monitored and the time to send out operating condition signals. At the time of initial activation, an activation control part 11 in the monitoring device 1 reports each transmission time of the corresponding operating condition signals to the plural devices 2-1 to 2-n to be monitored while referring to the table part 12a. The received transmission time is stored in a transmission time storage part 25. An operating condition information collecting part 21 receives the operating condition information from a function control part 24 at every fixed or arbitrary time and stores it in an operating condition information storage part 22. By referring to the transmission time storage part 23, if that it is the transmission time is judged, a communication control part 23 transmits the operating condition information to the monitoring device 1 as an operating condition signal.
