PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic resonator with excellent heat and impact resistance for preventing a crack from being generated on the substrate of a piezoelectric element while suppressing a rising height including a lead terminal low by making the piezoelectric element and a capacitor element face each other and almost parallelly arranging them. SOLUTION: For this ceramic resonator, the piezoelectric element 1 and the capacitor element 2 are made to face each other and almost parallelly arranged, a vibration space 6 is provided around the vibration part of the piezoelectric element and the piezoelectric element 1 and the capacitor element 2 are resin-molded by insulation resin 7. In this case, the piezoelectric element 1 and the capacitor element 2 with the small difference of linear expansion coefficients are combined.
