Cushion has a plastic or rubber frame (2) with a plastic pipe (1) for the transport of the cooling fluid accommodated in matching grooves. The outlet of a heat exchanger (7) of an external cooling system is joined to the inlet (11) of the pipe (1). A control valve (3) and a flow control throttle (4) are positioned inside the upper end of the pipe (1) below the inlet (11). The outlet (12) is attached to the inlet of the compressor (6) of the external cooling system. The insulating material of the cushion filling (cotton, synthetic, fibers, foam rubber etc.) protects the surface of the pipe (1) from condensation.
