<p>Coating equipment for reducing an installation cost by reducing a storage space and equipment when works are stored. While a conveyor line through processing steps is operating, a work (W) conveyed from a previous step is fitted to a hanger (H) of an overhead conveyor (2) at a loading position P1, where pre-processing and coating are carried out. After the work is transferred to a truck (T) of a floor conveyor (9) at a loading change position P2 and is dried, it is again fitted to the overhead conveyor (2) at a loading change position P3, is removed from the hanger (H) at an unloading position P4 and is conveyed to a next step. When the conveyor line through the processing steps is stopped, pre-processing, coating and drying are stopped for all the works (W) that are being conveyed by the conveyors (2 and 9). A predetermined number of preceding works (W) are suspended from the hanger (H) of the overhead conveyor (2) and are stored on a first storage track (13), while the subsequent works (W) are stored on a second storage track (14) while being placed on the truck of the floor conveyor (9). <IMAGE></p> |
