PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To selectively open/close three walls without any adhesion or coupling in assembly by pushing a punched sheet in a lower jig for assembling a box by a pushing member for assembling the box to successively erect side walls, and folding a flap to be locked. SOLUTION: A first pair of side walls 5A, 5B are guided by a pair of first rollers 27A, 27B to be firstly started to fold by pushing a pushing member 23 for assembling a box above a punched sheet S-A carried and arranged on a lower jig 22 for assembly, and then, a second pair of side walls 6A, 6B are guided by a second pair of rollers 28A, 28B and folded. When a lid-locking flag continuously provided on the side walls 6A, 6B is folded, the side walls 6A, 6B are locked by a locking means in an opening/closing condition. In addition, a lid wall 8 is folded, and the continuously provided insertion flap is folded, the lid wall 8 is locked by the locking means in an opening/closing manner.
