PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental air syringe capable of injecting air flow of a small velocity. SOLUTION: The dental air syringe is provided with an exhaust passage 58 branching from an air feed passage 56 reaching an injection nozzle 14 and the quantity of air released from the air feed passage 56 to the exhaust passage 58 is controlled by an exhaust control valve 62. The air flow is slowly and softly injected from the injection nozzle 14 by releasing the air from the injection nozzle 14 and, therefore, the inclusion of the moist air in the oral cavity does not occur and the teeth are efficiency dried.
