PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an operator to sense or recognize by composing the part of an annular part for pushing a tub of a radial stud forming a cam thereby simplifying the operation. SOLUTION: A tubular member 16 being pushed into a blind hole 14 at a body part 10 is provided with stud 18 protruding in the radial direction. A hub 9a constituting an annular part 9 is provided with a plurality of longitudinal tubs 19 having a gap 20. The studs 18 are provided in same number as longitudinal tubs 19 and arranged similarly to the longitudinal tubs 19. According to the arrangement, the tubular bearing face 22 of the longitudinal tub 19 is led to the tubular bearing face 18a of the stud 10 by turning the annular part 9 relatively to a core 8. The longitudinal tub 19 is opened outward while being spaced apart in the radial direction and respective retaining teeth 21 are fitted firmly in a groove 7 of a cartridge 2. It can be achieved with a slight stroke.
