PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating and cooking method by which a food can be heated uniformly from all directions by far infrared radiation and a food can be baked, heated, and dried uniformly in a short time from a central part to an outer surface thereof even when the food like a comparatively large lump is heated. SOLUTION: Powder having far infrared radiation property is sprayed, baked or coated on an inner face of a metallic vessel 10 which can be opened or closed and is of a sealing type to form a welded layer 17, and a food 18 is put in the metallic vessel 10 to be heated from the outside and bake, heat, and dry the food 18 by rotating the metallic vessel 10. |
