PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calcium preparation having good dispersibility in water and expanding the application range of insoluble calcium, to provide a method for producing the calcium preparation in a good yield based on raw materials, and to provide a food containing the calcium preparation. SOLUTION: This method for producing a calcium preparation comprises dispersing raw materials comprising 20-60 wt.% (as solid content) of lactose, 10-40 wt.% of whey protein and 3-10 wt.% of insoluble calcium in water in a solid content concentration of 30-50 wt.% and subsequently spray-drying the dispersion.
