PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate intercoupling of a tire valve forming a transmission antenna and an electronic substrate by a method wherein a continuity pin is electrically connected to a tire valve through a continuity bracket in a proper format is integrally arranged on the electronic substrate containing chamber side of a casing through insert-molding. SOLUTION: In the casing structure of a transmitter 5 for a tire air pressure alarming device formed that a pressure detecting part, a signal processing circuit to transmit a detecting pressure therefrom to a receiver by a radio wave by means of a signal, an electronic substrate 1 having a microcomputer, and a battery 2 to operate the microcomputer are contained in a casing 3, and a tire valve 4 having a transmission antenna function is integrally arranged at the upper part of the casing 3, a continuity pin 8 electrically connected to the lower end surface of the tire valve 4 through a proper continuity means is formed on the electronic substrate 1 containing chamber side in the casing 3 and integrally with the casing 3.
