PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injurious bird repelling device that can surely protect the field crops from injurious birds and drives away the injurious birds in no need of noise such as detonation or explosion sounds without chemical damage. SOLUTION: This injurious bird-repelling system comprises the net unit in which a plurality of upright supports are individually equipped with a pulley, respectively, and the wires which nets and clappers are attached to are extended through the pulleys, the sliding unit comprising a slider crank 15 for changing the tension of the wires and the control panel 21, and the swinging machine 10 comprising the base 22 equipped with a height-controlling mechanism.
