PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize resource and prevent environmental pollution by preventing a solution of an adhesive layer from mixing into waste liquid, and facilitating recovery and reproduction of only dissolved liquid of a base sheet. SOLUTION: A printing layer 2 not being dissolved in a solvent or water is printed on one surface of a base sheet 1 being dissolved in a solution or water, and an adhesive layer 3 is printed on the other surface in a manner being corresponding respectively, and in the next place, a release sheet 4 not being dissolved in a solvent or water is adhered on the adhesive layer, and thereafter a solvent or water is poured on the exposed places of the base sheet 1 for dissolution.
