PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mat for drying bedding with excellent handleability capable of improving the drying efficiency of the bedding and adjusting the amount of hot air discharged from the mat for drying to the sleeping surface of the bedding. SOLUTION: A ventilation adjustment hole 28 is provided near the hook 34 for preventing expansion of a drying mat 35. When the hot air is supplied into the drying mat 35, the hook 34 the expansion prevention is not brought into contact with the bedding 11 and 12 since the back and front of a bag are joined, the ventilation adjustment hole 28 provided near the hook is not tightly adhered to the bedding 11 and 12 either, the hot air is blown off and the bedding 11 and 12 is surely dried. At the time, by adjusting the ventilation adjustment hole 28, a hot air discharge amount is adjusted.
