PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the opening distances of metering valves and make a device compact, by using, as the metering valve provided for each piping, an automatic valve having a valve drive means and by advancing and retracting each metering valve between its standby position and an axis via an arm, in the case of supplying more than one of various kinds of fluid substances, such as coating and ink. SOLUTION: In the case a plurality of automatic valves 1 and 1' are annually arranged on a frame 11 and various kinds of liquids are supplied to a container 8, the carried container 8 is fixed in a specific position on a metering apparatus 9. Then, a preparing number based on a manufacturing written-instructions is input into an operation panel 10 and metering valves 1 and 1' are selected according to a preparing pattern corresponding to the preparing number. Then, by opening the metering valves, liquids from corresponding liquid-supply-sources are supplied to the container 8. The metering valves each are an automatic valve having a valve drive means using electricity, compressed air, or the like as a drive source. By the actuation of arm drive means 7 and 7' such as cylinders, they are advanced and retracted between their standby positions and positions near the axis of the container 8 via arms 6 and 6'.
