PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the rolling vibration of an engine and prevent the inertial increase of the engine and drop of the accelerating performance of a vehicle. SOLUTION: This torque balance mechanism is equipped with a reverse rotating shaft 31 coupled with a crankshaft 5 through a geared transmitting mechanism 33 and rotating in the opposite direction and a flyweight 35 fixed to the shaft 31, whereby a torque reaction force in the opposite direction to a power transmission system member to transmit the drive force of engine is given to the engine body by the inertia moment of the flyweight 35 and the shaft 31 so that the rolling vibration of the engine is reduced.
