PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive facilitation of door-opening by using a forcibly opening mechanism of a cam and a cam follower for a boosting mechanism to be moved to an initial door opening and an initial door-opening releasing position between a hinged door and a fixing side by an operation member, and helping the initial opening door by the boosting mechanism. SOLUTION: When enclosure press-fitted on the seal member 40 of a hinged door 2 is performed, a cam follower 12 is moved to a position for initially opening a door shown by a virtual line in a drawing from the initial opening door releasing position by the rotation of a knob 7. At the time, the cam follower 12 is guided to the outdoor side by a cam surface 11a, and the hinged door 2 is forcibly opened to the outdoor side through the cam follower 12 and an operation member 5. Unlocking operation and door opening operation are performed by the retraction of a latch bolt and a dead bolt housed in a lock box embedded in the hinged door 2 respectively. In the case where door opening is difficult by the knob 7 or the like due to strong wind or the like, the operation member 5 is operated to the position of the two-dotted one dash line in the drawing, a boosting mechanism 6 is acted on a forcibly opening mechanism 4 by larger force than operation force. Thereby initial door opening is performed by small operation force to easily open the door.
