PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package for a potted plant having a relatively simple structure and capable of effectively preventing an inclination and a fall of a potted plant within a package. SOLUTION: A package 1 for a potted plant is comprised of a box 11 having a pot P with a flower F planted therein; a restricting member 13 arranged inside the box 11 arranged inside the box 11, abutted against the pot P to restrict a lateral displacement of the pot P within the box 11; and a moving-up or moving-down motion restricting member 15 having its lower end 15b pierced into planted material filled in the pot P, abutted against the lower surface of a ceiling section 11 of the box 11 at the upper end 15a so as to restrict a moving-up or moving-down motion of the pot P within the box 11. The lateral displacement of the pot P is restricted by the lateral displacement restricting member 13, the moving-up or moving-down motion of the pot P is restricted by the moving-up or moving-down motion restricting member 15, and further the moving-up or moving-down motion restricting member 15 is caused to dampen its striking action, so that the pot P is not easily inclined or fallen and a trouble of damaging a flower F during its transportation is not brought.
