PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent warping and distortion due to humidity, temperature or the like by fusing and adhering a paper layer with a moisture-proof sheet comprising a plurality of various thermoplastic resin layers, and then one side of the moisture-proof sheet with a wooden base material. SOLUTION: This warping-prevention wooden plate 1 is formed by laminating a thermoplastic resin layer 4 consisting of a moisture-proof resin layer 4a and a heat-bonding resin layer 4b on one side of a wooden base material 2, and a moisture-proof sheet 5 consisting a paper layer 3 thereon. In other words, the moisture-proof resin layer 4a and the heat-bonding resin layer 4b are laminated in order by multilayer extrusion coating. An example of the moisture-proof resin layer 4a may be a poly(vinylidene chloride) or the like, and the heat- bonding resin layer 4b has preferably a lower melting point than that of the resin layer 4a, and may be ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer or the like. The moisture-proof sheet 5 and the wooden base material 2 are attached by heat sealing of the heat-bonding resin layer 4b. |
