PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the fixing of a crankshaft and posture correction by a simple structure and to effectively use a space. SOLUTION: A clamping device is provided with a cylinder portion 16 for rotating a clamp arm 20 under linking operations performed by first linking members 44a and 44b connected to the clamp arm 20, and a tilting member 48 for tilting a crankshaft engaged with a work engaging portion 64 by a specified angle in a circumferential direction by being linked with the rotation of the cramp arm 20 under a linking operation performed by a second linking member 50 connected to the clamp arm 20.
