SOLUTION: The nail 1 for implant is inserted into the bone by using the lug screw 10 which has a threaded part at a front end 11, is formed in a hexagonal shape in cross section from a drum part 12 to a base part 13 and is formed with a through-hole for guide wire insertion in the central longitudinal direction, a fixing member 20 which has a hexagonal groove fitting to the hexagonal shape in cross section of the lug screw at a head part 21, is formed to a columnar shape in a base part 23 and is formed with a fitting hole for fitting a screw driver and a fastening member 30 which comprises a pressing part 1 having a threaded part on its outer periphery and a disk-shaped cap part 32. The fixing member is inserted in a manner that the hexagonal groove of its head part fits to the hexagonal cylindrical part of the lug screw in the state of screwing the lug screw and the fastening member is screwed until its pressing part is pressed to the apex 25 at the base part of the fixing member, to press the lug screw.
