PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooking device with a lid capable of opening a lid body automatically from a cooking device body when a desired cook time comes when a food material is heated and cooked. SOLUTION: This heating cooking device is provided with a lid body 3 capable of being opened or closed freely for a cooking device body 2, a pivotally connection means 4 capable of opening and closing the lid body 3, an energizing means 5 energizing the lid body 3 in the direction of opening, and a fixation means fixing the lid body 3 on the cooking device body 2 against the energizing means 5 in a condition in which it is covered with the lid body and is provided with an automatic release means in which the fixation means releases a fixation condition of the lid body 3 when it is heated above a predetermined temperature.
