PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe fitting facilitating connecting work by reducing working man-hours in connecting a fluid pipe and stabilizing falling-off preventing force. SOLUTION: As there is a state where a packing 6 and a lock ring 5 are held between a fitting main body 3 and a push ring 4, that is, as a pipe fitting on which the fitting main body 3 and the push ring 4 which are temporarily fixed with bolts except for a part of a spacer 9 are integrated is previously prepared, connection is finished only by inserting a fluid pipe 2 into the fitting main body 3, removing the spacer 9 and fastening bolt-nuts at the time of connecting the fluid pipe 2. Consequently, as connection is rationalized and also the lock ring 5 can be set while a specified interval is held, it is possible to make diametrical contraction of the lock ring 5 constant and to stabilize falling preventing force.
