PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water air conditioner in which water in the circulation circuit can be prevented from freezing during stoppage of air conditioning operation while saving power consumption. SOLUTION: An indoor unit 1 is provided with an outdoor temperature sensor (outdoor temperature detecting means) 8, and means 10 for feeding power from the indoor unit 1 to an outdoor unit 2 only when the temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor 8 is lower than a specified level during stoppage of air conditioning operation. An antifreeze operation signal is delivered from the indoor unit 1 to the outdoor unit 2 on a communication line (communication means) 33. The outdoor unit 2 is provided with means 27 for operating a circulation pump 20 when power is fed from the indoor unit 1 to an outdoor unit 2 and the antifreeze operation signal is delivered.
