PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve thermal stresses caused by a temperature difference between a bearing housing and a radial bearing. SOLUTION: When a temperature of a bearing housing 1 becomes lower than that of a radial bearing 2a accompanying with an operation of a turbine 5 due to a high pressure process gas, an inner diameter of the bearing housing 1 becomes smaller than an outer diameter of the radial bearing 2a. However, a reduction deformation of the bearing housing 1 is absorbed by a circumferential groove 20 and thermal stresses applied to the radial bearing 2a are relieved. Therefore, a space between a rotating shaft 3 and the radial bearing 2a is appropriately maintained in a predetermined acceptable range and the rotating shaft 3 is smoothly rotated at a high speed.
