PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dual type heat pump type air-conditioning device for an automobile to improve the warmth-sensitive feeling of a passenger by increasing temperature regulation performance at a rear, realize comfortable independent heating, and further adopt one's view of front priority heating or rear priority heating. SOLUTION: This air-conditioning device comprises a front unit 20 formed that a subcondenser 14 on the front side, an evaporator 16, and a heater core 25 are arranged in an air passage 22f, and a rear unit 30 having a subcondenser 34 arranged in an air passage 32f, and a rear unit 30 having a subcondenser 34 on the rear side arranged in an air passage 32f. An auto amplifier serving as a control means performs opening and closing operation of a water valve 18 for a sub-heat-exchanger 17 and operation and stop operation of a compressor 11 by an electromagnetic clutch 11a according to a discharge refrigerant pressure Pd detected by a discharge refrigerant pressure detecting sensor 85 and effects temperature regulation of rear supply air.
